Who doesn't want to start their day each morning with a coffee and a sunrise waterski? There are many neighborhoods surrounding the lake, giving you many options to choose from. Some of our favorites are along the Northwestern side of the lake: Cedar Park, Sheridan Beach, Chelsea, and View Ridge. But you really can't go wrong with any of them! Even with a property that is not immediately on the water, you can still enjoy the benefits of living near the lake. On the Northwestern side of the lake, there are public beaches dotted along the lakeshore, as well as public boat ramps at Magnuson Park and in Kenmore. In that same area you'll find some great schools, such as Cedar Park Elementary, Jane Addams Middle School, and Nathan Hale High School. The Burke-Gilman trails runs through these neighborhoods, giving you the perfect walking, running, or biking trail. And while you might feel as though you are separated from the fast-paced Seattle life, downtown is still only 20 minutes away via 522!
